What are TikTok Shop webhooks?
TikTok Shop is TikTok's in-app shopping platform, where sellers list products and fulfill orders. Its webhooks tell your app as orders, packages, returns, products, and shop authorizations change.
Testing them usually means a Partner Center app, an authorized test shop, and placing test orders. This page skips all of that: a live URL plus real sample payloads for every common event.
How do TikTok Shop webhooks work?
- Delivered as HTTPS POST requests with a JSON body, for each topic you subscribe to: ORDER_STATUS_CHANGE, PACKAGE_UPDATE...
- Signed with HMAC-SHA256 — Authorization holds the hex digest of your app_key plus the raw body, keyed with app_secret.
- Respond 200 with an empty body within 3 seconds. TikTok retries 4 times — after 2 min, 30 min, 3 h, and 12 h — then stops.
- The body names its topic only by a numeric type, so give each topic its own route. Dedupe on tts_notification_id.
